MyTattooStencilTerms of Use
MyTattooStencil is operated by River for adults exploring original tattoo concepts. These terms cover our design references, browser stencil tools and lettering tools. You must own or have permission to use your inputs. AI artwork can contain errors and does not guarantee originality, ownership or suitability for skin.
Service and eligibility
You must be at least 18. AI generation and purchases are not currently available. Saved AI examples demonstrate the tools and are not newly generated results. Browser stencil and lettering tools are available. A licensed tattoo artist must review the final design; we do not provide medical advice.
One-time billing and credits
Prices are in USD. Free includes one watermarked design. Starter Pack is $4.99 for 20 designs; Plus Pack is $9.99 for 60 designs. Paid packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Free use never converts to a paid plan. We are not currently accepting payments.
Using a pack
One design uses one credit. Paid requests can contain 1, 2 or 4 designs. Credits never expire and are not cash. Stencil and PDF exports are unlimited. Failed or safety-rejected outputs automatically restore the affected credits once.
Refunds and service problems
An entirely unused pack is eligible for a full refund within seven days of purchase. Email support@mytattoostencil.com with your order reference. We reply within 1–2 business days and approved refunds return to the original payment method. If a paid service cannot be delivered, contact us for credit restoration or a refund as applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your rights and responsibilities
You retain rights in your inputs. Starter permits personal use; Plus includes commercial use permission to the extent we can grant it. AI output may not be copyrightable or exclusive and does not clear third-party rights. Open font licenses remain applicable. Do not use the service for content prohibited by our Acceptable Use policy.
Restrictions and review
We may refuse, withhold or remove violating content and restrict abusive access. Reports and appeals can be submitted through the report form or support@mytattoostencil.com. River reviews the available information; blocked results remain unavailable while the case is unresolved. Use the report reference when appealing.
Limitations and changes
Designs are references, not a guarantee of tattoo results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular procedure. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. Material service or policy changes will be described on this site.
