How are designs counted?
1 design uses 1 credit. Choose 1, 2 or 4 designs per generation; paid credits are charged per image. The free allowance is one design. Failed or rejected outputs restore their credits once.
What is the refund policy?
Unused packs are eligible for a refund within seven days. Contact support with your order reference. A refund is complete only when the payment processor confirms it.
Questions, answered.
Do tattoo design packs renew automatically?
No. The packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. There is no subscription.
How many credits does a normal generation consume?
1 design uses 1 credit. Choose 1, 2 or 4 designs per paid request. The free allowance always produces one watermarked design.
What happens to credits when a design fails?
A failed or refused output restores its corresponding credits once. An uncertain submission is reconciled before any retry.

Can I refund an unused pack?
An entirely unused pack is eligible within seven days. A cash refund is complete only after the processor confirms it.
