MyTattooStencil is operated by River. We use only the information needed to provide the tools, prevent abuse, maintain account and transaction records, and respond to support or content reports. Stencil, lettering and placement work happens in your browser. AI generation and payment processing are currently unavailable.

Photos and generation

Uploaded photos, including cover-up references, are used only to prepare and generate the requested design. Original photos are processed transiently rather than stored in the application database; any temporary uploaded-photo copies are deleted within 30 days. Do not submit human faces or private identifying details. Saved examples do not send your photo to an image model.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, private records and support-email forwarding. When generation becomes available, the image model API is RunningHub and image review is Sightengine. Optional analytics uses Google Analytics only after consent and activation. Future payments will use Waffo; we do not receive full payment-card details. Generation, image-review, analytics and payment calls are not active now.

Records and retention

Generated results are available for seven days. Account recovery uses short-lived, single-use email links when available. Device, IP and email hashes help prevent repeat free claims. Safety records contain reason codes and references, not photos or raw prompts, and are kept for at least 180 days. Accounting ledgers are retained for transaction integrity and applicable recordkeeping needs.

Your choices

Contact support@mytattoostencil.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to accounting and abuse-prevention requirements. You can decline optional analytics. Do not include sensitive body photos, identity documents or card details in a support request.
